1. Account responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate and current information during signup and billing.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• You must keep your login information secure.

2. Billing and renewals

• Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

3. Refunds

• Any refund policy offered by iByte Hosting is subject to the terms shown at checkout or in the client area.
• Refund abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy evasion may result in account restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for illegal activity, malware distribution, spam, or attacks against other systems.
• You may not use the service in a way that threatens platform stability, security, or other customers.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service availability

We work to keep services stable and available, but uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement or service commitment. Maintenance, upstream outages, abuse mitigation, and unexpected incidents may affect availability.

6. Data and backups

We may provide backups or snapshots as part of the platform, but you remain responsible for the data you need to preserve. Keeping your own copies of critical files is recommended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iByte Hosting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
